"It was very difficult to find a location for this accommodation before arriving. The only internet location we had been able to find, was incorrect. We had to phone the number provided then pay someone to lead us there. The sitting area was nice and there was plenty of ventilation. In a mosquito area, there were no flyscreens on the windows which meant windows had to be kept closed and the room was very stuffy and hot. There was no ceiling fan or air conditioning. "Ngedere Lodge is nicely situated in Mto wa mbu as an ideal base for Safari game drives to Manyara Lake, Ngorongoro Crater and even the Serengeti National Parks. I had the half board package. Erick cooked great food with a range of pancakes, omlettes, sausages for breakfast and the loads of options on the evening. "Family 'room' was excellent. However, for a December visit a bathroom heater was sorely needed and towel bars for drying towels. Every resort should have a safety bar in shower for young or old!"
