The towels were hard and had an unpleasant smell. The main living room had a single radiator, which was insufficient given the constant heat loss through the door to the backyard. At check-in, the apartment was extremely dirty and clearly not in acceptable condition. It was impossible to stay there, and it’s also very far from the city center.
