"The cleanest thing in our room was the clean bedding. The floors were atrocious. Food particles and sticky coffee spots on the floors. Dirty coffee maker tray. No bath linens. (I had to go to the front desk to get them). No hot water for the shower. Someone drew a nasty picture and it was on the desk in our room. The hallways were not vacuumed. The elevator was dirty and had bird poop in the corner. "
