We were greeted the minute we walked thru the door , asked if we were an IHG member, which she verified we were (thank you). The room was very clean, and suited us perfectly! This hotel is excellent. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Rooms are clean and nice. But this is the second year in a row that we stayed at this hotel during/after significant snowfall and the parking lot is absolutely terrible. The door and sidewalks are good but the actual parking lot and road to the hotel is as bad as it can be. I don't know who they hire for this service but they need to fire them and get a new services. It is absolutely terrible.
