"We pulled up and kept driving. The flowers and bushes in the pictures are gone and now dried out looking weeds. Upon pulling in we thought we were in the wrong place as it looked vacant and deserted. It felt like an abdoned industrial park. The window boxes are gone. I can’t speak to the inside as we just drove away without even leaving our car because it looked so gross and dirty."

"My wife and I had a suite which was very large, but the bathroom was extremely small. Good shower, but the rest of the bathroom was very cramped with only room for one shaving kit. No room for another person’s toiletries. There was a dedicated bedroom and a dedicated sitting area, but no divider between the two. You couldn’t watch tv without waking the other person up. The bed was comfortable. The room just had a lot of wasted space that could have been better utilized. I ordered room service...

"When I arrived late at night, the desk staff gave me a key as usual. One elevator was clearly stuck and there was a crowd so I waited 10 minutes to get to my room only to find it would not open. After trying for 5 minutes (checking my key worked on another door, throwing my body weight into the door twice, messing with the handle), I go back downstairs and there's no one at the desk. I have to wait another 5 minutes for someone to return, and they tell me the particular room they assigned me...

"Website stats there is a whirlpool onsite, there is not. Supposed to serve pasties and such for Breakfast 6:00-9:00 am, 845am no pastries not staff to serve. Complimentary coffee all day was cold."

"This is my family's second stay here. Staff is always very friendly, from front desk to housekeeping staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well organized and of decent quality. Pool was clean but a little on the cold side. It was 100+ outside so it wasn't unwelcomed."

"Super convenient location for our downtown activites. Underground parking was great, but a little pricey ($40/day). It did have in and out privileges. The room was super clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The front desk staff were very helpful when we came into the lobby soaking wet after getting caught in a downpour at the Indians baseball game. She saw how dripping wet we were, got towels and a plastic bag to take home our wet clothes. Thanks so much"

"We did not realize that there was smoking allowed on the casino floor. There was not a non-smoking casino area. We literally only spent 5 minutes on the casino floor for our entire stay. Hotel staff was very friendly. And, although there wasn't daily maid service (by request only), we were allowed to retrieve fresh towels at the desk. The parking was well located/attached to main Casino floor level. The food at the one restaurant we ate at, was not very good, only so-so. But, we only ate there...

"Needs updating and refrigerators in rooms. Great location for Santa Claus World. You’ll have to do research on areas to eat and drive too unless, you want pizza or subway. We visited the end of June beginning of July and all the stores closed around 5:00."
