"At first day, no hot water. Room was dirty and dusty. Saw the Room where they put their kitchen food and supplies, horrible and disgusting. Left over and old food everywhere.. location I terrible, no restaurants nearby, just near a highway. Never again. And we stayed for six nights. No cleaners in sight!"

"At check in we were greeted by one of the friendliest workers we’ve ever had at any hotel. I wish I’d caught her name. Our room was one of the recently renovated rooms, so it was clean and in great shape (I can’t speak for the one that have yet to be renovated).
