"1.) Property’s Exterior: Sleep Inn street sign (knocked over and covered by overgrown grass), Rose bushes and other plants on exterior looked like they were dying/dried out, Exterior parking lot was dirty and had trash outside property (cigarette buds, empty cups, drinks, etc.)
2.) Property’s Interior: Smelled like weed, very worn and buckling carpet in hallways, room door knobs/handles missing parts.
3.) Room: Old, but still useable. Noticeable wear and tear of furniture and air...

"Denice at the front desk so sweet kind helpful. I had an overnight stay only. The room was exceptional nice for the price. The bed was bit less comfy than I prefer. Full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, and a a sink. Room very clean. I would recommend this for a long term stay or over night."

"What a terrific and unexpected find! I used to stay in hotels like this when I was traveling with my family as a kid. The owners did a wonderful job of turning an older motel complex into something really special. The room looked like it had been recently renovated and with the exception of the guy in the next room who snored like a locomotive, the entire stay was wonderful. Actually, listening to the guy snoring next door was really funny."
