"Clean room. Guest service representative was kind. Great stay."

"This place is a DUMP!! The TV didn't work, the desk chair was broken. If you sat down and leaned back at all, you almost fell over backwards, the room had a very bad odor of mildew, air from the HVAC unit blew directly at the bed and the smell was awful. We were there for maybe an hour and decided to leave. I was happy to leave and lose my money and then drive over an hour rather than stay at this hotel. Also, the name is used under contract and has nothing to do with the Wyndham organization....

"The AC unit in our room flooded the floor"

"The room was shabby. It's overdue for a renovation. The door at the side of the hotel did not work for the three nights we stayed. There was no handle to pull it open. It was fixed on the morning we left. We asked for an accessible room, and we had one. We didn't originally realized that a wheelchair could be rolled into the shower. There needs to be some kind of re-design. The water went all over the floor of the entire bathroom and the tiles were very slippery. I almost slid out into...

"This is the perfect place to spend time alone with your partner, I was truly delighted."

"first room was opposite the elevator; i asked to change which staff took care of and was helpful. Then the other room was stinky and moldy and the TV was not switched off and the staff also could not switch it off. Then he gave the 3rd room - which made my stay little better. Staff were helpful but the hotel needs better upkeep. Breakfast was also very very basic and meh!!"
