"Terrible experience. The customer service was among the worst I have encountered. The room was dirty, with broken doors and no hot water at all. The towels were extremely small, more like kitchen towels than bath towels. Breakfast offered very limited options, and the area did not feel safe. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

But he put me on the top floor and the room was in a back corner where we couldn’t even get the luggage cart down we had to take our suitcases off the luggage cart and carry them down to our room. "The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise...
