"(Most) Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and most everything worked (A/C, bathroom). My only small issues were: -loud neighbors (on the second night, a few people were running down the hallway shouting; on the first night, the connected room next to ours had their TV on loudly) -difficulty with connecting to the TV (that being said, I didn't ask the front desk for help) -reception was a little awkward/unwelcoming"

"There was some confusion with my reservations online, and I was unable to contact a human being at the hotel to rectify the situation prior to check-in. Expedia made an attempt but was told they were unwilling to make any changes. The hotel receptionist was helpful in keeping me in the same room both nights, but there was no adjustment for the additional cost, and two rooms for two nights ended up costing me an extra $62.
