"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very nice the rooms were clean. The best was easy entry to the park with the two gates on the property. This is the only place I will stay when going to Cedar Point."

"I’ve used truckstop bathrooms that were cleaner in the bathroom that we had in our room! That’s not even the worst part, the carpets need to be desperately changed. The entire room smelled of urine. It was difficult for us to even stay in the room. I would’ve left immediately but the entire town of Sandusky had been booked up. I will never say this hotel ever again. I am warning all of those who look for cleanliness, this is not the place."

"Bathroom was terrible.Rust on anything metal, tub had hair in it,no tissues, body wash,or shampoo. Ask for those items and were told that they didn't have any. Wanted 1 towel and they said to ask housekeeping. The walls were rotted around the tub area. The coffee maker didn't work. The swim area was a mess. Tiles were falling off the walls, tiles on floor were loose, pile of broken tiles in brushed into corner with a broom in front of it, screens were ripped.
To top it off, the key card didn't...

"The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay."
