Great location, very kind staff, easy check in, parking, good breakfast, spacious room! Recommended.

A quiet hotel, outside the man town, but easily accessible by walking, bus or taxi. Family run hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly staff, made sure everything was good, even over the Hogmanay/New Year period. Kept us informed of staff availability. Great spread at breakfast. Room very clean with great bathroom. Lots to see in Treviso town itself. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Arrived at the airport to be picked up by hotel driver and taken to wrong hotel. Asked at reception what was going on and was told the best western was being worked on so they have put me in a "better" hotel Crowne plaza. I was very pleased and so was my wife free breakfast for the holiday thrown in as well. Place was lovely staff were lovely would defo stay there again. Thankyou Expedia for sorting it out before me turning up first. No messing no hassle

Does the job. Clean room. Nice staff. Good bed. Noisy dogs next door was the only issue, but they quietened down into the night.

Wonderful, cosy, clean and great location to the main attractions. Would certainly stay here again. The staff were really helpful. Would recommend.

We stayed here for After Caposile, very convenient, clean and friendly staff.

We stayed for 6 nights and found this hotel just perfect for our needs. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and cheerful as well as helpful and efficient. I would especially mention the lovely lady who oversaw the breakfast room each morning - always smiling and welcoming. Our room was tastefully furnished with a good sized bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities - unusual in Italy I think but very welcome. Free Prosecco on arrival, fantastic choice at breakfast for 5euros and...

This hotel is surprisingly close to the Santa Lucia train station...a walkable distance with cabin bag. The front of the hotel opens out into a busy market area and restaurants, souvenir shops and bars are all around. There are two major waterbus stops a few minutes walk away so very convenient. Very close to the Grand Canal. Lorinzo in reception was very helpful as were all other staff. The hotel is small but the rooms are spacious. Very clean bathrooms. Not a sign of mould or wear and tear...

It is ideally situated not far from the train, bus, and water taxi stations but far enough away for a quiet, and peaceful stay. Staff friendly and Breakfast very good. We kept away from the tourist spots at night when looking for an evening meal. We walked around the back streets near by where we found numerous nice places to eat.

Great convenient location. Most helpful staff booking restaurants and taxis

Two min walk from the rialto bridge and opposite the boat stops to and from the airport. Short 15 minute walk to st marks square lots of places to eat and drink in the area the property is a little tired and small (cosy) but its clean with a lovely breakfast and great staff very very friendly and helpful we came December 2023 and loved it so we booked here again for this latest trip and when we come to visit venice again we will stay here we love its location and staff.

Lovely spacious room. Old style decor but kept clean. We had a balcony and a view of the streets. Good air conditioning, nice staff.

A lovely little hotel close to some great bars, shops, cafes and restaurants. Also very close to the Ferrovia water bus station and San Lucia train station. Within 20 minutes walk of San Marc’s, the campanile (bell tower) and Doges Palace if you fancy a walk rather than taking the water bus. The only slight downside is that you have to book your breakfast slot as the room isn’t very big but other than that everything was excellent. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The room was...

Lovely boutique hotel in s great location 2 minutes flat walk from San Angelo vaporetto stop which was also served by the airport water bus line. An easy walk to main attractions or to get the vaporetto along the Grand Canal. The hotel itself was lovely, very clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff and a good buffet breakfast and would stay there again

Lovely hotel. Quiet room, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Casa W and would return to this hotel. It is very central and easy walking distance to everywhere.

This hotel was great for our trip to Venice, close to a pier for the boat from the airport and a short walk to all the sights Venice has to offer. Our room was comfortable, modern and clean, but was a little noisy as we were above the breakfast room.

Two guests were greeted warmly and everything efficiently taken care of. Friendly & helpful staff; generally very quiet and peaceful accommodation. The hotel location and grounds are ideal; we could be dropped off at the doorstep by the river taxi and within easy walking distance of good restaurants, and attractions; very close to one of the few bridges crossing the Grand Canal. The room size and bathroom were good but not overly generous - we had not asked for a suite although there was...

The hotel is very traditional. Decorated exactly how you would want a Venetian hotel to be, huge long windows, long black out curtains. The attention to detail is brilliant. The Gold plated socket outskirts have the hotel name printed on every one, the bed head rest was gold coloured. The room was very spacious with a big comfortable bed and the bathroom was fantastic. Situated very close to the Vaporetto stop, the hotel is in an area of San Polo which is very quiet at night but also very...
