I would not stay here again.
After a long international flight, we arrived expecting a smooth check-in since our reservation had already been prepaid through Expedia. Despite explaining this to the front desk, my credit card was charged again for the room.
About an hour later, I confirmed that the reservation had in fact been paid in full through Expedia. When I returned to the front desk, the staff acknowledged the duplicate charge was made in error and offered complimentary breakfast...

"There were two women at the front desk. An older woman, she looked mid 40s, indian (or something), and a very young black woman that was clearly new and a trainee.
The trainee was nice and great, The older woman was unreasonably rude. I've never seen front desk hotel staff that are rude in my life and I've been to 2 star hotels before. What is this.
I know Ibis is not a 5 star hotel, but being nice is !@#$ing free."

"- I needed help twice, came down to reception to find that there was nobody. First time, "reception closed for lunch", then at 7pm, the note said "will open at 9pm". No one available to provide assistance during all that time!
- Bath towels have done their time and need to be replaced.
- Smokers need their dedicated smoking area far away from the hotel entrance
- The two coffee tables facing the reception desk were dirty with visible crumbs on them from the time I checked in to when I left.

"It’s an airport hotel so the staff spoke English which is very helpful even though one of us speaks French. We stayed as a family of three and it was a quick sleep before the rest of our trip down to the middle of France."

"Whilst the check in was smooth, the staff were great and it was very efficient, when I entered the room it was quite dirty. I also left the next day with me and daughter having being bitten by bed bugs. So not the best experience overnight."
