"As a was going to my plane a gentleman met and offered a wheelchair to Delta. He stayed with me as I checked in than took me to where the Delta chairs were. I did not get his name but that made my day!"

"Had no hot water in our room on the 14th floor, so we had to move to another room. Other than that, we liked the Barrymore and would stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful and we used their free shuttle service."

"This was a great experience for my first time in Tampa! When checking in the gentleman was very nice but pretty glued to his phone, didn’t get any information about the shuttle, shown where my room would be or even a map of the property. Room was very clean, definitely sucked that the wifi didn’t work very well in my room but still managed, bed very comfortable all other staff I interacted with were very very nice and helpful if I had any questions! Would recommend this hotel! "

"The hotel was really nice! The first room had a strong odor so I went down to the front desk and they young lady switch my room with no problem. The hotel staff was very nice along with the shuttle drivers Raul and Victor. I would recommend this property to anyone. We had a great time. "
