"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The service we received from the staff was far below what we expected. Whenever we needed assistance, they were not helpful, and we did not feel welcomed as guests.
The hotel also did not match the way it is advertised on social media or in its promotional materials. Many of the amenities were not as described, and in my opinion, this property does not provide the experience I would expect from a resort.
