"The bed was lop sided as if someone big and heavy lived there for a while. I kept rolling off the bed. They probably should update their mattress. Other than that they start wasn’t bad at all."

"Everything was good until my partner and I had to leave, but other then that it was good, only thing that through off thr stay was the bar eas closed and we could not get drinks, And another thing is the breakfest was not vegan friendly, alot of things we did not eat, only eggs and pancakes was what we can eat."

"The hotel was nice, and staff were friendly. The breakfast and all day coffee were wonderful, but I was disappointed the hot tub was not available. My even bigger disappointment was the error by Expedia in selling and collecting my payment for a 2 bed spacious suite. When I got to the hotel, staff told me that that room was unavailable, so they gave me a one bed studio suite, which rented for far less than what I had paid Expedia for. When I asked the hotel manager for a refund of the price...

"First and foremost Split Rock did not make me aware that we were staying separately from the actual hotel. This may have been a blessing because the hotel seems like its falling apart. Everything is old and needs to be updated. The place is so dirty and things donts even work. I was very disappointed with the experience and will not be returning. The waterpark was horrendous"
