"Disgusting place. First room I opened the door and smelled horrible, had roaches running around, and was dirty. They then changed my room to a “clean” room which obviously had not been cleaned either with dirty sheets and not even a top sheet. Oh and they stole my €100 “deposit” and didn’t return it. Next time I will sleep in the street. "

"Location was perfect, walkable to the old city and restaurants and shops. Close to Mercat Central and the main plaza. Room was modern and was very clean and comfortable. Had Juliet balcony. Quiet neighborhood despite being close to the restaurants etc. Staff was very inviting, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Traveled a family 9/12yold. "

"Apartment was spotlessly clean. Location is slightly out of central Valencia but lots of transport options and we walked as well as using metro and trams. Amenities were also excellent - we managed to do some washing :)"
