"Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc, but was also close enough to several key excursions like Bai Dinh, Hang Mua, and Trang An. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We have no complaints and would stay here again if in the area."

"Really friendly staff. They brought us snacks when they saw us, and gave us a goody bag for our onward journey. The Homestay was in a cool location under the limestone cliffs, quiet and peaceful and only a short walk into town."

"Centrally located, but the craftsmanship of the hotel was terrible. Bathroom door cannot be closed. Pillow was too airy without any support. Coke was missing although we didnt drink it. Some cleaning ladies must have took the coke. Room to room sound was a bit loud. Overall, it was a mediocre hotel. A guy was smoking eventhough the rule says no smoking. "

"Accommodation was nice, clean and as described. Whilst the property is starting to show its age, for the price paid it presented good value for money. Just over 1km from Koa Lu Old town, it is practical and a good base to explore the Jinh Binh region. We preferred staying here rather than the super touristy Tam Coc"

"The host was lovely and helpful, offering me the use of their motorbike to get around and home cooked breakfasts in the mornings. The room was clean, well lit and a good size Lovely quiet and peaceful rural area"
