"Wonderful studio that overcame our expectations. Perfectly situated one step to the church and the ferry terminal. Madalena as such isn‘t spectacular, but a lovely little community. Very kind manager, easy to reach, no probs! Very pleased that it gave the possibility not to change towels every day and not to clean every day - eco responsible!"

"Wunderschöner Garten mit Blick auf die Landebahn (Flughafen stört nicht, es landen nur wenige Flieger), super Frühstück mit selbst gemachtem Joghurt, Eier von eigenen Hühnern und sehr nettem Personal. Was für ein netter Empfang bei der Ankunft! Die Schonung der Ressourcen wird mit Überzeugung gelebt. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war intakt und funktionsfähig. Close to supermarket and restaurants, ideal location in Velas. Good buffet breakfast. "We loved our stay at horta garden. We generally like to interact with locals and have peace and quiet so that we can rest after doing outdoor activities all day.
