"Clean, quiet and amazing staff "

"Lovely, but old building. Small elevators by today’s standards. Room was tiny but very clean and comfortable and contained all the usual hotel amenities. Good value hotel in downtown Vancouver. "

"Meals at Restaurant were very good - except wasn’t too thrilled about extra charge for “tea” at breakfast - as “coffee” was included. Lots of amenities in Room Shuttle Service is excellent "

"The room and bathroom were renovated and very clean. Unfortunately the inner courtyard looks over a parking garage. We were only staying overnight prior to a cruise so it totally gave us what we needed. The check in was a problem in that our credit card was assigned to a different person and it was a process to get that corrected. Luckily we noticed when we were given the WiFi details"
