The workers should act more professionally if they want to attract international guests and not knock on guests doors and ask them repetitively if you can take them to Australia to work and getting different translaters when you don't like the answer."

"Everything at this property went beyond my expectations. Absolutely amazing place and staff. Surendra is an outstanding manager and a host. He showed me around the property, and presented several rooms to choose to stay in. Rooms are very tasteful and elegant. Dinner was amazing - I had Lal Maas washed with a few glasses of Sula Shiraz. You can also unwind with a drink by the bonfire. They also have a stable and organise horse-riding trips - if only I had more time!! I cannot wait to be back!! "

"Key problems were that hotel wasn’t in the town advertised (it was in Ramgarh and not Fatehpur as advertised) and nor was the room we were allocated anywhere near the size or standard of the one advertised. We felt very let down with what we felt was a very basic and seriously overpriced room. Some other aspects of what was advertised also turned out to be inaccurate. "THE HOTEL WAS FILTHY DIRTY. WE WERE SHOWN 4 BEDROOMS AND HOTEL WAS EMPTY THERE WAS NO HOT WATER THEY BOILED WATER AND GAVE US IN BUCKETS. THANK GOD WE ONLY STAYED 1 NIGHT AND DIDN'T INCLUDE THE BREAKFAST. THE HOTEL HAS LOVELY DESIGN AND HAS LOTS OF HISTORY SHAME THE OWNER IS NOT BOTHERED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN."

"The room is clean and staffs are so friendly. Unfortunately I had a pleblem that hot water didn't come from the shower but they had tried to fix it hardly. At that night they prepared for a bucket of hot water. Finally it could be fixed in the morning."
