General staff was very helpful and tried hard to help the guests but we were shocked to wake up to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs berating some poor fellow. Turned out she was someone important in the hotel chain of command, she was sitting in a nice office. Not used to this kind of abuse at full volume and in earshot of everyone who was in...

"Miramonti is conveniently located with free parking. The breakfast was a value, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, although they spoke no English (which we don't feel is a necessity). "

"The room was very nice and clean. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Giovanni helped me with transportation around Sala Consilina to see the town center and the sights in the area. He also helped me get to Teggiano for my stay there. Wonderful people!"

Ci si sente coccolati in tutto, con tante piccole e grandi attenzioni che rendono il soggiorno super piacevole, dimenticando per qualche giorno lo stress della citta'. "Not very impressed, the reason for booking was so we could relax and and have spa and massage treatments. And they said that the person doesn't work the month of August, isn't that busy season.why would I go halfway up a mountain to stay with nothing to do and don't help you with anything.very disappointed."
