"It was ok for a short time with the family. The main pro’s of this property was: great location (beach front) with actually sand and a good ocean to swim, surf or just listen to the waves; good intentions of the housekeeper to serve well. Con’s: very old towels and bed sheets, the property needs maintenance, no love in the kitchens restaurant, I stayed 3 nights and never got to order a ceviche (it was in the menu and is really easy to get in a daily basis). "I first wanna say there was a nice welcome gift, a bottle of champagne and two chill bottles of water and the bed was comfortable.

"This property could use some love! We arrived to a grade 10 drive up a steep steep hill or option 2 - a steep climb up 120 stairs (not a misprint) with no sign indicating you were actually heading to reception. Once checked in we had to go down the 120 stairs to our car. A very kind receptionist gentleman drove down the hill to help us get our luggage up to our room. So only a 30 stair climb from this point! Needless to say you will get a workout. The room was nice. There was air conditioning...

"La propiedad estaba muy caliente y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien! La puerta trasera no cerraba bien y se podía abrir fácilmente aunque tuviera la cerradura puesta! La parte del piso superior tenía todo el suelo de concreto agrietado! Los números que tenía para contactar no funcionaban! Tuve que buscar otro sitio de hospedaje y ni siquiera contestaba el correo electrónico! No me devolvieron mi dinero! Que vergüenza hacer propaganda con semejante porquería "
