"As a solo female traveler, I was a bit surprised at the location of my “first” room. I was at the very end of the hall, next to the stair well and across from the trash room. The hallway did smell a bit because the trash room door was propped open but the room itself did not. "Staff to a person were friendly and personable and professional. Room was clean with all systems functioning well. Location is in the Historic District in attractive neighborhood. It is at the intersection of two quite busy roads but road noise was not an issue. Standard hotel free breakfast is served in a very pleasant room. Afternoon wine and cheese in the lobby is a nice touch. All in all, a pleasant stay."

"I booked a double room. Picture shows two beds for this room. Since I was bringing my son on this trip I needed the second bed. I arrive and they tell me I booked the wrong room as this room only has a double bed. Which is equivalent to a queen bed. Last time I checked beds were King , Queen , Full and Twin size. "Room was fine as were the grounds and other amenities. Loved the pool!
Room was clean. Staff were OK but we have definitely had friendlier & more personable front desk associates before.
The couch in our room was horribly uncomfortable and it felt silly to pay $8 per day for WiFi. We’ll stick to other hotels next time!"

"The hotel is about 5 minutes from Bradley. I arrived at 11 pm and waited only 5 or 10 minutes for the shuttle. This is a typical Springhill with a large room. The property is clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast is a typical Springhill breakfast with a mixture of hot and cold items.
My only complaint is with the shuttle pick up to the airport. I signed up for a 9:55 am pick up. At 10:10, I asked the desk if the shuttle was on the way. They called and then...
