She didn’t really understand that we had a problem in our room.(Our neighbor keep smoking in his bathroom, so our bathroom was also stinking of cigarettes) The pool area is very clean and nice to visit, but the traffic around is a little noisy."

"La posizione centralissima è stata sicuramente un punto a favore, permettendoci di muoverci comodamente a piedi. Inoltre, il parcheggio gratuito è stato un servizio molto apprezzato. Purtroppo, abbiamo riscontrato alcune discrepanze rispetto alle aspettative. Le camere, pur essendo in un edificio di carattere, ci sono apparse un po' datate e non del tutto in linea con gli standard di un 3 stelle. "Posto gradevole immerso nella natura, silenzioso e tranquillo .. a parte il condizionatore che era rumorosissimo e ha rovinato la quiete del luogo e reso meno piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Piscina pulita, colazione ok, stanza grande e confortevole. Suggerirei di cambiare il condizionatore che era davvero rumorosissimo se portato ad una temperatura inferiore ai 27 gradi … e di provvedere ad un filo fuori dalla finestra per appendere i costumi bagnati .. "

"Beautiful area! Most conditions were good. Other than that, not good at all. No blankets, soap, paper towels, only a half roll of toilet paper for 5 adults. Heating system did not work! Very moist in cabin left all our clothes damp. We could not have windows open to dry out air due to mosquitos. Would not book here again!"
