"The assistant manager that we talked to a couple of times (and checked us in) was very helpful in offering suggestions on activities/dining. The room was spacious and a good value. Everything was clean. The afternoon tea and cookies was nice. They have a large pool available; however, the advertising stated it was heated, but it felt pretty cold. Overall, good value and would stay again!"

"The Air Condition was at 94 degrees when I arrive for my stay.. The Gentleman Staff was helpful in assisting me another room..
My issue is the return monies for incidentals for room damages Ect…. They claim 3-7 business Days and I’m on Day 11 …
When the rooms are inspected and it checks out Well, the money should be immediately reimbursed to the guess .."

"For one of the more expensive mid-range hotels in the area I wasnt really impressed. The room was ok, but not really decorated, and felt more like a dorm room. The king bed had four pillows, that were NOT king pillows. They were small, square, flat throw pillows in regular pillowcases. When I asked about the pillows I was told immediately that those are the only pillows they have and there are no spares. The immediate answer made it sound like they get that question a lot. I would recommend...

"The room was very warm, cooled by a small air conditioner, which took hours to bring the room down to a good sleeping temperature.
The comforter was quite heavy which added to this problem.
Evening staff were excellent.
Airport shuttle driver was wonderful.
Morning front desk staff were rude."

"The hotel is only 2 months old and is spotless! Great rooms and the public spaces are incredible. Soaring ceilings and great meeting spaces.
There's large windowed room near the elevator on each floor that's a great place to work or start your day in quiet if you're an early riser like me.
Great property and lots of passion in their service.
It's only 10 to 15 minutes walking to anywhere on campus.
A must stay in Charlottesville."
