"The hotel is quite something! Walked around the grounds and it was amazing.. To the spiral staircases, to the gardens to the violin playing over the speakers. Room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. The only neutral-negative comment would be the breakfast. It cost 15Euros which is fine. In fact it could easily be baked into the cost of the room and I wouldn't bat an eye since the stay itself it great value. The breakfast doesn't live up the magnificence of the rest of the hotel. "

"Une chambre moyenne sans clim avec un lavabo sans bonde et surtout non nettoyé. Le matin, après une nuit chaude (pas de clim dans la chambre), il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. J'ai attendu plus de 10 minutes l'eau chaude mais rien n'est arrivé. A la réception, la réponse de la responsable : "c'est normal, il y a trop de clients qui prennent leur douche le matin" !!! "Stopped here en route to Italy by car, very much off the beaten track. Lovely countryside location, very peaceful. Pleasant welcome. good room with all facilities, bed was adjustable and very comfortable. Decor a little dated, but this is part of the charm of choosing a rural hotel. Excellent meal, reasonably priced; lady who served us was especially nice. Good breakfast. Would definitely come back."
