"We stayed in October as a family of 2 adults and 1 one year old.
We knew the hotel was right in the centre of a buzzing nightlife area and expected some noise, but we couldn't hear anything from outside the hotel! Up until about midnight, the sound of people returning from nights out was loud inside the hotel as the hallways are tile and not carpeted - again we expected this, and can't be helped with the hotels location - but do consider if you have kids.
The room was spacious with a double...

"The owners of this hotel desperately need to invest in their property.
Gym - pathetic
Outdoor pool - barely deep enough to swim in.
Indoor pool - Hadn't been cleaned in a while. Black scum on the tiles.
Reception Staff. Barely engaged eye contact or a smile.
Housekeeping - great. Clean room everyday.
Breakfast - great sausages, rubbish bacon. The toaster only toasted on one side everyday. Staff worked well to stay on top of the demands.
The room - very very poor. The double bed...

"The hotel is very basic. Staff lovely the room they gave us was too noisy we asked if we could move they gave us another room which was so much better. The bar where breakfast was served was ok however there is not much choice and you cannot deviate I.e. when I asked if I could just have toast I got a polite no. It has to be what is on the menu with no deviations."

"The view from my room was wonderful.
Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
The hotel website clearly stipulated 24hr free shuttle from the airport but it was never the case . I had to pay for private transfer. It’s misleading clients.
Unfortunately, the shower wasn’t working properly as there was no pressure and the shower door was broken.
I couldn’t watch TV as the plug didn’t fit in the socket.
The Floor was stained and not mopped well.
Breakfast was minimal and on most days there was...
