I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in. "They have buffet for breakfast included with your reservation and the restaurant opens for lunch and dinner; also there is another restaurant and market close by. It is a little far from downtown town but the bus pass across the street easy to get. The front desk personnel very helpful."
