"The property was very clean and organized. The only issue was with the management agency. I sent an email and phoned regarding the safe and they could not get a response to me until 3 days into my stay. Had I locked my passport up and was not able to access it for my trip home that would have been a disaster. The agent should be much more responsive."

After spending over $2,000 to stay here, we would expect to see an extra roll under the sink or even provided to us after calling the front office or management.
