"Parking was easy and safe"

"I am extremely disappointed with this property. I booked two rooms for my staff members and one room had a gigantic cockroach in it. The rooms also had heavy bleach smells and were not clean. Both my staff members complained and stated they refused to stay in the rooms due to the poor conditions. The manager on site told my staff that they will be issued a refund for the rooms; however, we have yet to see the refund get processed. I messaged the Hotel through the Hotel.com chat on April 6 and never received any response to the status of my refund. I am appalled that this hotel is associated with the Hilton. I expected much better quality and service but did not receive it. Will never stay again!"

He got in my friends face and I thought he was going to put his hands on him. He honestly made the check in process terrible. Very unprofessional and makes this hotel look bad. "
