This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. The rooms were fantastic with all the pluses you would want. Close to the pier and boardwalk, excellent restaurants, a spa. And the staff went above and beyond - from valet, to front desk, breakfast, the spa. These people understand what it takes for you to feel taken care of.

The property was great great location great staff great food. The only complaint was the shower drain had so much hair and stuff in it. I had to clean up myself mid shower, kind of gross.

Holy cow! I am hard to impress and this hotel impressed me. I started my day off at the restaurant and ate a fantastic meal in their restaurant. Then I had the best spa experience ever! I might’ve napped. Only to wake up to a post tea ritual. My room was immaculate with all sorts of wonderful goodies and Le Labo soaps and lotions. This place is top tier! It was worth the price.

This property is beautiful and well thought out with meticulous interior design. If luxury is your taste, this place will tickle your fancy. The food and drinks are absolutely delicious and the service cannot be beat. Don’t bother going to Santa Cruz if you’re not booked at La Bahia!
