"Great location"

"There was mold in the bathroom so it was a bit hard to breath in such a small bathroom after showering. A bit far from main stores or tourist activities but decent."

"The location and the staff were great. Easy walk to anywhere really. They let us borrow free umbrellas during the rain which was so useful since we did not bring any with us to japan and the free ice cream is sooo worth it."

"Clean, comfortable with English speaking staff and free breakfast. Needs blockout curtains though"

"Great location and value for money"

"It was an excellent urban hotel."

"Everything was great! Looking forward to this property on my next visit to Japan."

"It’s the perfect hotel close to the train station for 1 night stay."

"The 6th floor of nearby Daimaru department store has lots of nice restaurants if you don’t want to venture too far after a long day of sightseeing. Also, basement floor has Daimaru supermarket. It is adjacent to underground corridor that stretches all the way to Odori Park and Susukino."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Was close enough to everything"

"The breakfast was fresh, varied and ample. The hotel was clean and the staff were Top Rate."

"Although the room was compact, it was maintained in a pristine condition. The public bath was an excellent amenity, particularly after a long day of activities. The staff provided professional and attentive service, and I was very pleased with the quality of the amenities provided."
