"The lighting in the room was very poor. Breakfast was supposed to be available at 6:30 AM but did not open until after 7 AM which caused me to not be able to partake. The staff seemed generally indifferent. Middle of the road property and not up to the standard of other Hilton properties I’ve stayed at. Fine for a night or two. "

"Overall our stay was ok. The room needs to be cleaned better. The curtains were stained like they were water damaged, but we were on an upper floor. The bed skirt was soiled with I don’t know what and the TV was old. No streaming networks to watch if you wanted to. Getting out of the hotel parking lot, the road had very bad potholes which should be fixed. Breakfast was ok. Staff was always friendly and helpful."

"We stayed here for April Spring break 2026. This is my first Hyatt stay where their wasn't a microwave in the room.We had to go downstairs to heat our food up at the ONE microwave they had for the whole hotel! The floors kind of smelled like feet even though the hotel was clean. The bathroom was sooo damn small that the door barley missed the toilet when closing. The toilets are so low to the ground that if you have bad knees you would need assistance getting off of the thrown! No smart tv's on the premises just dumb tv's! The pool was out if service so their was nothing to do but the gym. This hotel really need a upgrade ! 😩 "
