"Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und waren rundum zufrieden! 😊 Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv fanden wir die familienfreundliche Atmosphäre, durch die man sich direkt willkommen und wohlfühlt. "Loved this hotel! Great location and hospitality! Would definitely stay here again!"

"I had a very good surprise!! The hotel is completely refurbished, all the rooms and stairs were renovated and are very clean and comfortable!!! The decorations in the hotel also make it as very nice experience in middle of Nature. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no costs for the parking place and the breakfast is delicious!!! The only negative point is the shower, the water get hot and cold all the time, difficult to get a comfortable adjust. But I really recommend the place."

"The sleeping room is fully equipped, everything worked, bathtub available. The apartments are above the restaurants, the noise died down at 10 pm. near the theater and the Pupp Hotel. Good location."

"The apartment is located in a very quiet area, a 20-minute drive from Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad). Convenient and smooth online check-in. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. Parking is available. The price is reasonable. I'd say it was perfect for our two-night stay."

"It had an amazing view. The staff was very sweet and the breakfast was very good!"
