"Clean, modern hotel tucked away down a side street. Quick walk to Venice Mestre Station where trains into Venice were extremely frequent. Breakfast was simple but delicious and food items replenished quickly. Room was spotless, bathroom and beds excellent. I would stay here again."

"The location is very convenient with parking, although not a neighborhoodthat I would feel comfortable walking around at night. Many Chiense restaurants around the area. The hotel is very dated. Our room had a cigar-like smell that we couldn't get rid of. Very basic hotel."

Poor and unsatisfactory -Utilities in disrepair Bathroom has a curtain enclosure, which was not shown on the website . shower head drips water continuously and splatters on feet when using the toilet , slow drainage of shower and face sink . - when I reported it , staff comment was it’s an old hotel -no offer to change room .. room rules - no eating in the room . Poor lighting in bathroom. Double bed joined together but kept separating...
