"I stayed Friday through Monday, no hot water on Saturday, there were no curtains to block the very very bright parking lot, so it looked like it was daylight in my room at night. Only gave 1 set of towels. "

"I called Thursday to make sure my room was booked and my guest was on the check-in due to the fact I wasn't gonna be there til 1 am. He calls me to let me know that he was not on the check in and that there was nothing he could do so I spoke with front desk Jessica. She told me to call and talk to reservations so I did they gave me a run around hung up on me called back finally after 1.5 hours later I got him on the check in. But by then I was almost there so he just waited for me. Once I got there at 1am I went to my room to find the toilet was not working went down got a new room and the light wasn't working. Finally got to lay down after about 1 hour bs"
