"The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were cute and cozy with private bathrooms and good heating. The breakfast was nice to have, especially in an expensive city that opens late. The 24 hour access to coffee tea and hot chocolate in the lobby was really comforting to have, especially with jetlag and being awake at odd hours. The location and the hotel felt safe. "We have no complaints. The hotel is in the middle of town with numerous places to eat, things to do, and even the Corner Market grocery store. It is only a couple of blocks from Bus Stop #6. "This was the first place we stayed in Iceland and we loved it! The food options were great, the drinks at the bar were incredible, the breakfast was delicious, the beds were very comfortable and we had a wonderful time. I have to give a huge shoutout to Benni who was working reception overnight, the 3rd night of our stay. He gave us guidance regarding seeing the aurora borealis and was so incredibly kind and gracious. "
