"I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. Expedia's help desk were great in calling the hotel and getting me additional room at a reduced price (not free but it should have been). Thank you Expedia. Hotel staff were rubbish. "Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die gesamte Organisation des Campaufenthalts (Transport, Abendessen, Kamelritt) waren perfekt. Das Camp liegt super schön in den Dünen, abseits der Straßen. Mbark ist so gastfreundlich und das gesamte Team nett, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt."

"Die Unterkunft hat kurz nach der Buchung die Buchung bestätigt. Kurz vor der Anreise hat die Unterkunft - unter Umgehung von Expedia über WhatsApp - erklärt, es gäbe "Probleme" mit der Reservierung. Das war dann identisch mit einem Rücktritt von Seiten der Unterkunft. Expedia selbst wurde kontaktiert, hat aber überhaupt nie reagiert. Verhalten Expedia war noch unbrauchbarer, als Verhalten Unterkunft! Also Vorsicht!"
