"For the price of the property, rooms were dated, no amenities were ally provided. No tv channels, even internet is spotty, not available at least 50% of the time. Breakfast was included the quality was not great, staff was slow not very well organized. Items aren’t replaced/replenished. Coffee machines are broken, orange juices run out and never enough cups. "Loved this hotel. Rooms were great, staff were friendly and helpful, food was lovely and plenty of Moroccan food which was gorgeous. Entertainment was very enjoyable in the evenings too. Pool area was great, so peaceful and would always find a sunbed in the gardens if not poolside. Loved the pool day beds you can hire also. Great location, just a short walk to the square and Medina. Definitely will recommend and book again !"

"Our room wasn’t that clean. The rug in the room was dirty and the floor wasn’t mopped after previous guests it had hair all over. The breakfast was okay. The diner buffet was a bit expensive for the food that was offered. Not that many good choices of dishes. The beach was far, a 10 min ride with the shuttle."

"This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not."
