"The location is beautiful and only a short drive to Waihi where I spent 2 days working
The arrival is confusing with no clear signage to say where reception is. The website says check in available till 9 pm but I had received 3 voice messages at approx 5.30 pm to ask what time I was arriving.
The access to my accommodation was through lawn with no designed driveway access.
There was no working Tv and a rude sign saying that was because guests had caused the problem
