"We arrived in 32 degrees and the room was almost warmer than that, air conditioning couldn’t cool the room down, so a night almost without any sleep. The refrigerator was also not working and we mentioned that 2 times for the staff, end of the story- we could have another refrigerator next morning, only a one night stay so that was not helping us. "Great value for your money. Very clean property . It’s a 20 min ferry ride away from Venice city center . The walk to boat station was just 2 mins. "The hotel is located next to a bus station, so it’s a bit of an industrial area. There was construction going on around the building during our stay and the air conditioning was broken, so our room was incredibly hot and stuffy. They did provide us with a fan, which helped a little bit. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they did try to compensate guests for the temporary inconvenience of having construction going on. Of note: the beds were incredibly hard, painful if you are older and have back issues. "
