"Very disappointing. I paid £98 for a very basic twin room for 1 night. Only 1 bed was made up and room was clean but very dated, and the property and grounds have seen better days and are overall quite scruffy. No TV in room but was told I could watch TV downstairs if I wanted to. The shower didn't work properly - either scalding hot or dribbled out cold water. Sink took ages to drain, noisy radiator. Was only given 1 small bath towel and 1 small hand towel. Hosts very friendly and was a very quiet and peaceful area and is dog friendly but was told that cost for dogs is increasing from £5 per dog to £10 per dog which is a big jump! I had 2 small well behaved dogs with me. I spoke to another guest who said their shower didn't work either. Sadly I felt my stay was not good value for money and won't be booking to stay there again. "
