"The staff was friendly and nice. The van driver gave us rides to and from Snow Monkey Park and to the train station - very helpful! We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast came with the plan. We also enjoyed the inside/outside hot springs. Affordable hotel with excellent customer service!"

"The bed was very hard with only one pillow each the linen was very thin and hotel itself needs renovating if it wants to attract more international guests. The staff were freindly and helpful. The location was fine with parking provided. The breakfast was not the best with average facilites and options."

"Very clean rooms and hotel, reality matched the online photos and staff were very helpful. Shocked to find the surrounding community has totally shut down, so staying on the mountainside at the hotel is isolated, albeit beautiful."
