"Room was satisfactory though a little cramped. but service was awful with reception unmanned most of the time. Restaurant was poor both in terms of service, ambience and food variety. Staff was ill trained and not befitting a respectable hotel. "

It was most unprofessional attitude and unhelpful as they did not give a reason for not having rooms or availability in nearby hotels. "
