"The place was perfect. Lovely host and large breakfast Short tuk tuk ride from bus stop or a 20 min walk Steep drive and some stairs so better suited for packs rather than large suitcases "

"The pictures are deceiving. There’s no pool, spa or laundry facilities (even though the hotel profile says they have them). Bathrooms were very dirty. Holes in the walls and ceilings. Ants on the bed. No view across the lake. No handles or locks on the back door. Upstairs kitchen was loud past midnight. Workers were laughing, talking, dropping things on the floor etc, we couldn’t sleep. We had a terrible experience. Can you please give my money back?"
