"Sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterinnen! Tolles, modernes Zimmer in einem schönen alten Gebäude, sehr sauber, komfortabel mit grossem Bad. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fussgängerzone, absolut perfekte Lage! Die dadurch fehlenden Parkmöglichkeiten werden durch nahe liegende öffentliche Parkhäuser gut ersetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Zimmer war sehr verstaubt und Spinnweben an Decke und Wänden. Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücks Angebot nicht zeitgemäß und dafür zu teuer. Zimmer hellhörig und direkt an Eingang Lobby- nichts für geräuschempfindliche Menschen. Check in musste eigenständig passieren (mit Zettelchen und Schlüssel für alle zugänglich) - Sehr unprofessioneller Umgang mit Daten. Alles in allem leider nicht empfehlenswert. "
