"Please do not book a stay at this hotel. The property wasn't well kept. It was filthy, smelly and outdated. The staff was nice but very unprofessional. The water park area was disgusting, my kids didn't want to walk around barefoot. There was poop in the pirate ship and the pools looked as if the haven't been cleaned in awhile. There were stains on the carpet throughout the hotel and holes in the curtains in our room. To top it off, I had to check my family out at 1 am due to mice in our room. This trip literally brought me to tears. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere. You and your family deserve better."
