"The service was very friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean, but the corridors and the restrooms by the lobby were not as clean. The TV was broken and the emergency light at the room was low on batteries, flashing constantly. Unable to sleep well. Tried to contact the front desk by phone but it seemed impossible. The cleanliness of the room was optimal, and the proximity to eateries, etc., was extremely ideal."

"Room was clean. Arrived late. Staff took ages to check us in. I asked for help to use the vending machine as it didnt seem to be accepting my card. Wasnt sure if i was doing something wrong. She wasnt interested. Asked if the bar was open. Was told it was, but nobodybwas manning it. I didnt have time to stand around and wait as we had an early mroning flight. Had 2 kids with me who went to bed thirsty. Staff were poor. Ordered a transfer for early morning which turned up prompt. "

"Wir haben auf der Durchreise eine Nacht hier verbracht und sind völlig begeistert. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit einer riesigen Auswahl.
Wir werden auf jedem Fall wieder kommen. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"The room is very small, and the walls were dirty. I was placed in a room for a person with disabilities, even though I am not disabled, and I was not informed about this in advance. The room didn’t have a toilet seat, and the shower was неудобный, which was very surprising to me.
When I went to the reception to ask what the problem was and why there was no toilet seat, I was told that it was a room for disabled guests as all other rooms are not available. I was quite surprised that I had been...
