"The experience was a mixed bag. While the restaurant closes at a reasonable time, the staff wasn't particularly welcoming to families. There were also some strange rules, like not allowing outside food, even though the selection of beverages seemed limited (with few coffee or water glasses available). Overall, it felt like I had to keep asking for things to be taken care of."

"The behaviour of the Lady receptionist was very rude, really very unprofessional. We waited for 1 hour for check in, I have a 3 years kid and it was really difficult to wait for checking in. When the room allotted, we saw that the room was not cleaned after others stay, bathroom was smelling very bad, hairs are allover the bed.This was the worst hotel stay experience for my family. "

"I booked this stay using hotels.com and got a confirmation number. When I had to call this particular property to let them know that I was running late and wanted to make sure that the room is still held by the time I went, the customer service automated response system asked for confirmation number.
