"The hotel is a very small hotel, but clean, well maintained and with excellent and courteous staff and good food. It is ideal for a business visit, as was mine. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was very helpful. The only negative thing during my stay was that I was unable to connect to their Wifi, despite repeated attempts and complaints to the hotel reception, who kept trying but couldnt get the wifi to work."

However, the entrance to the hotel has about 7-8 steps which older people may find difficult to climb. It would have been nice to have a walk-in entrance without steps. Service was excellent. "I travelling to Vizag for past 10year and most of time I stay in Novotel But this trip I found the property require upgrades Most of furniture is already fade in colour I book king bed and staff give me twin bed My previous trips staff more welcoming now I feel he not care whether you stay or not in the same booking I book room for my colleague also but staff give him smoking room even we always book non smoking room he can’t take smoke smell whole night he can’t sleep and next day request to change room I don’t know why he doing this mistake when you travel from overseas and reach hotel by 11.30pm you already exhausted and don’t want to change the room and staff responsibility must give room according to booking hope management consider this review and do changes accordingly "
