"Room and kitchen were clean and room accomdated 4 people comfortably. Parking was tight but adequate. Joy contacted us around 6:00 pm to find out our ETA and arranged a late arrival by leaving the key in a lockbox which was very helpful. Would recommend this property. "

"Wow. What an amazing place to stay the night, beside the river and listening to the tuis in the trees. I felt like a princess staying in the Mill House itself. I really appreciated that the owner rang around Hampden to find out where I could get a meal."
